Your key responsibilities
Operate production machinery safely and efficiently in line with company procedures.
Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments to maintain product quality.
Carry out routine checks, including safety, quality, and CCP requirements.
Inspect products to ensure they meet company and legal standards.
Support product changeovers, cleaning, and equipment preparation.
Report machine faults, breakdowns, or quality issues promptly.
Work closely with other departments to maintain smooth production flow.
Follow Health & Safety, hygiene, and "clean‑as‑you‑go" standards at all times.
Participate in training and support new staff when required.

Your Skills & Experience
Strong communication, numeracy, and literacy skills.
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
Previous experience in a machine operator role.
Experience in the food manufacturing industry.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment
