With a strong product portfolio that includes asphalt plants, concrete plants, granulators, wash plants, and crushing & screening equipment, this is a rare opportunity to join a company with decades of expertise and a reputation for quality engineering. Experience Proven track record in business development or sales within construction equipment or heavy machinery. Experience in negotiating high-value contracts and managing complex sales cycles. Strong market analysis skills with the ability to identify and act on opportunities. Confident networker with the ability to build credibility and trust at all levels. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify technical information. Ideally based in the North-West or Midlands, with flexibility to travel extensively. Skills & Competencies Client Relationship Management Market & Competitor Analysis Negotiation & Contract Management Sales Strategy Development Technical Understanding of Construction Equipment Strong Financial & Commercial Acumen Job Responsibilities Identify, target, and convert new business opportunities within the construction equipment sector. Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase uptake of specialist products. Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and operations teams to ensure seamless client delivery. Prepare tailored proposals and presentations for prospective clients. Negotiate pricing and contract terms, balancing profitability with competitiveness. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform strategy.
