Role Overview
We are now seeking an exceptional Head of Sales and Marketing to drive the next phase of our growth. This is a senior leadership role with real influence. You will shape and deliver a strategic sales and marketing plan that grows membership, increases income, strengthens engagement and enhances the ISM’s profile. You will take ownership of performance, lead innovative campaigns, and ensure our value proposition resonates clearly and compellingly with both current and prospective members.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to grow membership and revenue.
* Lead innovative campaigns to increase engagement and strengthen ISM’s profile.
* Own performance metrics and continuously refine tactics to achieve measurable income growth.
* Communicate the value proposition effectively to current and prospective members.
Qualifications
* Highly experienced marketing professional with a strong commercial instinct.
* Proven record of delivering measurable income growth in membership organisations.
* Strategic thinker with hands‑on delivery capability.
* Proactive, analytical, and solutions‑focused with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong emotional intelligence.
* Motivated by purpose and understanding of the challenges facing musicians today; a musical background is an advantage.
