Ensure the highest standards of care and resident wellbeing. Lead, support, and develop the care and nursing teams. Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and best practice standards. Manage staffing, quality assurance, audits, and occupancy. Build positive relationships with residents, families, professionals, and stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement and maintain excellent care outcomes. Candidate Requirements Essential Previous management experience within a care home or nursing home setting. Extensive experience supporting elderly residents. Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills. Good understanding of CQC standards and regulatory requirements. Passion for delivering outstanding person-centred care. Desirable Active NMC Pin (RGN, RMN or RNLD). NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care. Previous experience as a Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, Home Manager, Nursing Home Manager, or Care Home Manager. What's on Offer?
