Job Description
3. Oversee all trust related tax matters and estate planning.
4. Manage client relationships and provide exceptional services.
5. Lead and mentor a team of junior staff.
6. Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations.
7. Develop strategies to minimise tax liabilities and maximise client benefits.
8. Prepare and present reports on tax planning strategies to senior management.
9. Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations that may affect clients.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Trust Manager (Tax) should have:
10. A strong background in tax and estate planning.
11. ATT, CTA or STEP qualification
12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
13. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
14. Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior staff.
15. Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to provide innovative solutions.
