Scott Fraser are looking for a new Weekend Viewings Assistant to join us on a permanent basis based in our busy office in Headington, Oxford.
Working hours: Every Saturday 9:00am-4:00pm
Offering £13.50 per hour

In this Weekend Viewings Assistant role, day to day you can expect to:
1. Ensuring properties are secure after showings
2. Report on any need for repairs or lack of security at properties, returning keys immediately after each showing
3. Qualify applicants to assess their financial status prior to arranging viewings
4. Promote Properties and services effectively to achieve targets
5. Feed back to the relevant managers / consultants on applicants’ needs and add notes to our in house systems
To be considered for this role, you will need the following experience and skills:
1. Demonstrate a genuine passion for working in the property industry.
2. Be available to work Saturdays / Weekend as required.
3. Possess a confident, positive approach and deliver great customer service
4. Present the company in a professional manner
5. Have a full UK driving licence and a flexible attitude
6. Knowledge of the local area an advantage
7. Property Experience beneficial
