National Sales Engineer
Key Role Responsibilities
* Attend site visits to accurately prepare quotations for work.
* Prepare quotations accurately and promptly, considering all variables to ensure competitiveness and cost-effectiveness.
* Follow up on quotations, attend meetings, and communicate via email and telephone.
* Address queries on live projects, attend meetings as required.
* Communicate effectively with the Managing Director regarding issues affecting client relationships or revenue.
* Assist the Project team when necessary.
* Attend demonstrations and trials, including setting up equipment and customer care on the day.
* Provide excellent customer service and manage client relationships.
* Liaise with other departments and assist as needed.
* Attend sales meetings and update the Managing Director on enquiries, quotations, and relevant information.
* Maintain company sales literature with the sales team.
