Duties:
10. Leading and supervising daily workshop operations to ensure work is completed efficiently and to the highest standard
11. Allocating tasks to technicians based on their skills and workload to maximise productivity
12. Coaching and mentoring team members to enhance technical skills and deliver excellent customer service
13. Supporting technicians with complex diagnostics and repairs as needed
14. Overseeing job card completion, conducting quality checks, and ensuring invoices are accurate
15. Fostering a culture of continuous improvement, training needs identification, and maximising first-time fix rates
16. Maintaining a safe, clean, and professional workshop environment
17. Acting as a key liaison between the front-of-house team and workshop operations
Requirements:
18. Proven experience in a workshop supervisory or senior technician role, ideally with main dealer experience
19. Strong technical knowledge supported by leadership qualities
20. Technician and MOT experience is desirable but not essential; a positive attitude and leadership skills are most important
21. Excellent organisational and communication skills
22. Customer-focused mindset committed to delivering exceptional service
23. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure while managing multiple tasks
