Brand & E-Commerce Coordinator
South Hampstead, London (Hybrid)
£27,000 + Equity Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an emerging consumer brand as its first full-time hire in a broad and fast-paced Brand & E-Commerce Coordinator role.
This is a rare chance for a recent graduate or someone with 1–2 years’ experience (including internships) to gain hands-on exposure across e-commerce, operations, brand and marketing while working closely with a founder and helping build a business from the ground up.
Initially, the role will have a strong operational focus, supporting order fulfilment, shipping and customer experience, before evolving into a broader brand and e-commerce support role as third-party logistics is introduced later this year.
The Role
You’ll support the day-to-day running of the business across a wide range of areas, including:
* Managing orders, fulfilment, shipping and returns
* Handling customer service enquiries with warmth and professionalism
* Coordinating with couriers and external partners
* Supporting e-commerce operations and product launches
* Assisting with social media, email marketing and content coordination
* Supporting influencer outreach and brand partnerships
* Helping maintain brand consistency across digital channels
* Providing hands-on support to the founder across ad hoc projects and business priorities
This is an ideal role for someone excited by start-ups, eager to learn quickly and motivated by the opportunity to take ownership early in their career.
About You
We’re looking for someone ambitious, curious and highly organised, with a genuine interest in beauty, fashion, culture or consumer brands.
You may be a recent graduate or have gained up to two years’ experience in a relevant internship or junior role.
You’ll likely bring:
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* A proactive, can-do approach and willingness to roll up your sleeves
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* An interest in e-commerce, digital marketing and brand building
* Some exposure to customer service, operations, marketing or content (through internships or work experience)
* Confidence juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
* A genuine desire to grow with a brand long term
The Opportunity
This is far more than a standard coordinator role. It offers the chance to be one of the first employees in a growing business, gain broad commercial exposure, and develop alongside the brand as it scales.
There is significant scope for progression, mentorship from an experienced founder, and participation in an equity scheme.
Location & Working Pattern
* Hybrid role based in South Hampstead, London, NW6
* Initially includes daily presence in South Hampstead for fulfilment support
* Transitioning to 2 days per week in a Central London co-working space later this summer, with flexibility to work from home the remainder of the week
Salary
£27,000 + equity opportunity
If you’re looking for a first role where you can learn a huge amount, take real responsibility and be part of building something exciting from day one, we’d love to hear from you.
