A global financial services organization is looking to appoint an experienced 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term contract in the City of London. This role requires expertise in supporting a Microsoft-centric environment, handling complex technical issues, and acting as an escalation point for 2nd line incidents. The ideal candidate will have experience in service desk roles with a strong focus on ITIL processes, Active Directory, and excellent communication skills. Full UK Right to Work required.
