The role
* Optimise and support industrial machinery applications
* Diagnose faults remotely and support customers with technical issues
* Commission and test new equipment in a manufacturing environment
* Support process and product improvements alongside engineering and production teams
* Attend customer sites periodically to service, maintain or commission machines
What we’re looking for
* Degree in Electrical / Electromechanical Engineering (or similar)
* Minimum 2 years work experience
* Full clean driving licence
* Strong fault‑finding skills and a natural curiosity for how machines work
* Comfortable communicating with customers and colleagues
* Willingness to travel occasionally and work hands‑on in factory settings
* Interest in automation, control systems, PLCs, and electro‑mechanical equipment
