Overview
The Digital Content Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. This role is ideal for a results-oriented individual with a passion for digital marketing within the business services industry. This role will lead a team and drive group social media performance globally. Hybrid working available, X1 day in West Sussex per week.
Responsibilities
* Develop and manage comprehensive content and social media marketing strategies across digital platforms.
* Oversee content calendars and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
* Collaborate with cross-functional international teams to align content with brand messaging and goals.
* Utilise analytics tools to measure and improve content performance.
* Ensure all content adheres to SEO best practices and drives organic traffic.
* Manage external agencies or freelancers for content creation, when necessary.
* Manage and upskill the team to deliver excellent partnership across international projects and stakeholders.
Profile
* A successful Digital Content Marketing Manager should have:
* A background in digital marketing, particularly in content strategy, social media and creation.
* Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure campaign performance.
* Strong knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
* Experience working within the business services industry is advantageous.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
