**The Role:**
* Manage Site Supervisors and team leads
* Conduct quality audits and client meetings
* Oversee payroll, uniforms, and machine repairs
* Conduct induction training for new staff
* Manage staff scheduling and unplanned absences
**Candidate Requirements:**
* Minimum two years' experience as a Cleaning Manager
* Proven leadership in multi-site operations
* Strong communication and motivational skills
* Hands-on approach with industry machinery knowledge
* Valid driving license and willingness to undergo medical assessments
