As a Housekeeper at HC-One, kindness is at the heart of everything you do. Your role touches every aspect of our Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist Care homes. You will help create a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment for our residents, reflecting your attention to detail and caring nature. Whether managing the cleaning rota or actively participating in cleaning tasks, your approach will always be guided by kindness.

We are seeking a Housekeeper with experience, though training will be provided. You should have excellent time management and organizational skills, along with a positive attitude and natural ability to connect with people. Strong communication skills—both listening and instructing—are essential, and always approaching residents and colleagues with consideration and kindness.
