Temp All Staffing Ltd are recruiting on behalf of a thriving, family-run manufacturer in Sudbury. Due to expansion our client is seeking several motivated Production and Despatch Operatives to join their growing team.

The Role
You will be at the heart of the production line, ensuring high-quality manufactured products reach customers worldwide. Your day-to-day will include:
6. Production: Prepping materials and operating various CNC machines and manual presses.
7. Quality Control: Conducting thorough inspections of finished products.
8. Logistics: Packing orders and booking consignments onto courier systems.
9. Warehouse Management: Maintaining stock levels and ensuring a clean, safe production environment.
10. Forklift Operations: Operating a forklift for heavy lifting (The company will pay for your full forklift license if you do not already have one).
Shifts
11. Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
12. Friday: 8:30am – 2:30pm
13. Weekends: No weekend work required.
Your Experience/ Requirements

14. Manufacturing/ Production Experience: Have previous experience working within a production/ manufacturing environment is preferred.
