Job Description:
As a Marketing Executive for SolarFrame, you are responsible for the delivery of creative and effective marketing initiatives across all SolarFrame Holdings businesses, in both trade and retail sectors. This role is responsible for the planning, execution, and evaluation of digital and traditional marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation. The role requires a hands-on, multi-skilled marketer who can deliver projects from concept through to completion.
Responsibilities
Your initial remit will be to review our current marketing strategy and activities by analysing data and reporting on the results.
Campaign Development & Execution
Planning and executing marketing strategies and campaigns across digital, print, and event channels.
Oversee all digital and traditional marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, PR, TV, email campaigns, and website management.
Utilise data and analytics to measure performance, optimise campaigns, and refine marketing strategies.
Develop and maintain a strong brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, and stakeholders to maximise marketing impact.
Creation and managing of campaign and content calendars.
Write and edit engaging copies for websites, brochures, social media, press releases, and other marketing materials.
Market Research & Analysis
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, adapting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Analyse data & campaign performance, producing reports to inform future strategy.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement
Provide ideas for new campaigns, channels, & initiatives to enhance performance.
Stay informed of emerging marketing trends, tools, and best practices to support innovation.
Digital Marketing
Management of all social media channels, ensuring consistent posting & engagement.
Website updates, SEO activities, and the implementation of web-based campaigns.
Use web analytics tools to monitor digital campaign effectiveness and highlight areas for improvement.
Management of social media advertising including meta and LinkedIn advertising.
Administrative and Team
Work closely with sales teams to align marketing activities with lead generation and conversion objectives.
Manage marketing assets, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms & materials.
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
Produce weekly reports on KPIs including conversion, ROI, acquisition and retention.
