Looking for a role that fits around your life, but still makes a real impact? This one ticks both boxes.
We’re on the hunt for confident, caring Learning Partners to support children with additional needs on a 1:1 basis in a welcoming primary school in Mangotsfield. Perfect if you’re after part-time hours but still want to be right at the heart of the classroom.
The role at a glance:
* ⏰ Part-time hours, 8:30am – 3:30pm (flexible days available)
* £14.25 per hour, paid weekly via PAYE, nice and simple
* 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll be the calm in the classroom when things feel a bit wobbly. Supporting a child one-to-one means you really get to know them, what helps, what doesn’t, and those little wins that make a big difference. From learning support to emotional guidance, you’ll be a key part of their day.
What we’re looking for:
* Experience working with children or young people with SEND
* Confidence managing behaviour and building trust
* A patient, positive approach, even on the busy days
* Someone who’s reliable, empathetic, and genuinely enjoys helping others
What you’ll get in return:
* Weekly PAYE pay, no hidden surprises
* FREE access to our CPD Academy
* Training opportunities, including Team Teach and Thrive
* A dedicated consultant who actually checks in and supports you
* Flexible work that fits around your schedule
You’re not “just” part-time support. You’re a big part of a child feeling safe, confident, and ready to learn, and that’s huge.
If you’re looking for a role that works around you and still feels rewarding, let’s get you in front of a school that gets it.
