As a Data Assurance Lead in the Global Regulatory Reporting team, you will design and deliver next-generation data quality frameworks. You will lead a team to ensure transparent, accurate, and compliant data flows across our systems. Together, we will align with global regulatory requirements and drive strategic change.
Job Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of regulatory reporting professionals.
* Design and implement a Quality Assurance Framework for cyclical and diagnostic QA.
* Oversee test execution and compare actual outcomes with expected results.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
* Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
* Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
* Proven experience in leading and managing teams.
* In-depth knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements, including MIFID, EMIR, SFTR, SEC, and CFTC.
* Strong analytical skills to assess and improve reporting processes.
* Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
* Experience in managing projects from inception to completion.
* Familiarity with reporting software and data management systems.
* Commitment to continuous improvement in quality assurance practices.
