We are thrilled to announce the launch of Osteria del Mareour newest Italian seafood restaurant in the heart of the Strand, brought to you by the Bocconcino Group, the team behind some of Londons most iconic and much-loved Italian dining destinations in Mayfair and Soho.
To lead this exciting new venture, we are looking for a talented and experienced Head Chef who is passionate about authentic Italian cuisine, with a particular mastery of seafood dishes, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional culinary standards.
What Were Looking For:
* A minimum of 3 years experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in high-end Italian or seafood-focused restaurants
* Deep knowledge of Italian cuisine and regional seafood dishes
* A creative and passionate approach to menu development and seasonal specials
* Strong understanding of kitchen management, including cost control, GP targets, ordering and stock management
* Full compliance with health & safety and food hygiene standards
* Proven leadership skills to inspire, train, and manage a kitchen team
