Bar & Restaurant Supervisor Salary: £15.00 per hour Contract: Casual Flexible Contract (Minimum 30hours a week) About the Role: We're looking for an dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team and help deliver exceptional service in our busy bar and restaurant. Key Responsibilities: Support the management team in day-to-day operations across both bar and restaurant Lead and motivate a team of 8 staff members Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently met Manage busy service periods with professionalism and efficiency Oversee stock management and ordering Maintain health & safety and licensing compliance Requirements: Proven experience in a supervisory role within hospitality Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Flexible and reliable Working Pattern: 6 days per week (2 days off) Evening shifts required Saturday brunch service included What's in it for you?
