Salary: £50-55k base with quarterly commission, aiming for a £70k Year 1 total + car/car allowance.

This role involves a 60-70% focus on driving revenue with nationwide hotel chains and requires someone experienced with hotel chain accounts, working both on-site and at Head Office level.
The main responsibilities are to increase spend within these key clients, becoming a main supplier, and securing mutually beneficial relationships.
The role is fast-paced, requiring strong commercial acumen, creativity, and an analytical approach to optimize strategies and learnings.
Travel nationwide from the London head office and the South, with some key sites in the North and occasional trips to Scotland.
Essential skills include strong organizational and diary management skills, representing a premium client, and familiarity with contract management, negotiation, and pricing documentation.
Quarterly engagement events, best practice sharing, L+D activities, and interaction with BDMs and KAMs are part of the team environment.
