The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Sales teams' operations and strategies. By researching market trends and conducting competitor analysis, you will develop and implement sales strategies.
* Lead sales strategy and drive revenue growth across UK & Europe for logistics and supply chain technology solutions.
* Manage end-to-end sales lifecycle—prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing mid to large enterprise deals.
* Develop and execute GTM strategies, build a strong sales pipeline, and accurately forecast business opportunities.
* Win new accounts while expanding business within existing customers across CXM, CRM, CCM, Data Analytics, and Integration services.
* Build and maintain strong C-level relationships, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships.
* Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings across the EMEA region.
* Deliver booking, billing, and profitability targets while ensuring customer expectations align with delivery capabilities.
* Leverage deep understanding of logistics, supply chain, and IT services to position solutions effectively.
* Use CRM tools to maintain accurate sales records, pipeline status, and opportunity updates.
* Collaborate with internal delivery, presales, and leadership teams to craft competitive proposals and solutions.
* Act as a strong sales “hunter” with proven ability to close complex enterprise deals swiftly.
* Drive channel partnerships, foster multipoint lead generation, and contribute to market expansion initiatives.
