A Vacancy at Derbyshire Community Health Services NHS Foundation Trust. We are seeking a Bank Senior Urgent Care Practitioner with a professional registration of NMC or HCPC.
Responsibilities
The post holder will be a clinical expert in direct patient care including the assessment, examination, documentation, prescription, implementation and evaluation of care and appropriate discharge of patients including adults and children, presenting with undifferentiated diagnosis both minor injuries and illness. The post unit is nurse and paramedic practitioner led and operational 7 days a week from 08:00-20:45. You will need to engage effectively with patients, peer groups and service users in all elements of your role, leading by example and promoting a supportive and caring culture. You must be flexible, enthusiastic, motivated and demonstrate effective interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
Professional registration of NMC or HCPC.
