We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) Technician Apprentice to join our lubrication manufacturing business. This role will provide hands-on experience within a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment while studying towards a nationally recognised Level 3 qualification.
You will support the health, safety, and environmental activities that help keep our manufacturing operation safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Supporting workplace health and safety activities
2. Assisting with audits, inspections, and risk assessments
3. Promoting safe working practices across the site
4. Supporting environmental and sustainability initiatives
5. Helping investigate incidents and near misses
6. Delivering safety communications and toolbox talks

7. Interest in health & safety, environmental management, or manufacturing
8. Strong communication and organisational skills
9. Positive attitude and willingness to learn
10. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
11. Commitment to promoting a safe workplace
