In this high-impact role, you'll lead and expand key customer accounts—focusing on profitable growth, service excellence, and long-term partnerships. You'll work closely with our Senior Leadership Team to shape solutions that meet our clients’ needs and align with our business goals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong client relationships across new and existing accounts. Lead account strategies and customer engagement plans to drive satisfaction and growth. Collaborate with senior colleagues to deliver successful outcomes for each account. Provide accurate forecasts and insight into future customer workload and spend. Ensure your teams understand customer priorities on scope, programme, and cost. Keep Customer Action Plans up to date, targeting growth and high service standards.
