Title: Engineering Stores Admin
Location: Coventry
Salary: £33,000 per annum (Fixed Term Contract)
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm

In this role, you will support the Engineering Department by managing purchasing and inventory to ensure spare parts are available at the right time and in the right quantities. You will help keep the stores running efficiently so the wider operation can perform at its best.
Engineering Stores Admin Role:
Order engineering parts when stock reaches minimum levels
Receive deliveries, log goods, adjust stock levels and file delivery notes
Raise purchase orders using SAP and update budget cost sheets
Track shipments to support operational deadlines
Organise repairs sent to external contractors
Oversee inventory audits and maintain accurate reports
Ensure store areas are organised, safe and fully stocked
Maintain GMP standards across all store locationsEngineering Stores Admin:
Proven experience in a stores, purchasing or stock control role
Background in a manufacturing or automated production environment
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confident IT skills, especially Microsoft Excel
Good numeracy and accuracy with data
Ability to work independently and manage priorities
