Job Introduction
We are looking for a Guest Services Ambassador to join the Rapport team at our client's offices near Southwark and London Bridge. The client is an American global media, marketing, and corporate communications holding company. You will play a crucial role in supporting the ground floor reception and conference suite floor between four receptions and two buildings.

Hours
40 hours per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota between 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM)
Key Responsibilities
1. Providing services on the ground and client floor reception desks.
2. Proactively dealing with queries, requests, and communicating effectively with other service providers.
3. Completing reports in a timely manner.
4. Supporting the Call Services team.
5. Handling last-minute requests in a busy environment.
6. Sharing our Rapport values: Create Rapport, Be Brilliant, Innovative Spirit, Walk Tall, and Stronger Together.
