IT Support Technician is required by a highly reputable professional services firm paying up to £35k and located at their head office based in Central London. The Company are seeking an IT Support Technician to provide day-to-day IT support to all staff as the first point of contact for all IT issues. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive technical support to end-users in person, via phone, email Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues Asset Management Assist with the maintenance and administration of IT systems and infrastructure Execute system set-ups, breakdowns and office moves Track user support requests and escalate complex issues Assist with the maintenance and administration of IT systems and infrastructure Collaborate with IT vendors, other departments, and core IT teams on projects Skills & Competencies: Proficient in Windows 10 & 11, Microsoft O365 Troubleshooting skills for hardware and software Experience with mobile devices, printers, scanners Ability to manage and prioritise tasks within fast paced and technical environment Detail-oriented with excellent customer service and communication skills Adaptability to a fast-paced, changing environment Should this opportunity be of interest, APPLY NOW
