JOB TITLE: Payroll Administrator SALARY: Up to £30,000 HOURS: Full Time - Permanent STRUCTURE: Office Based - Hybrid after probation LOCATION: Chester A Payroller is urgently required with end to end payroll experience for this UK wide business. This position is office based initially. Main Responsibilities: Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing in accordance with established deadlines, collaborating with Managers and Employees as needed. Handle onboarding and offboarding payroll tasks, including processing new hires, leavers, and pay adjustments, while ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and statutory requirements. Maintain accurate payroll records by tracking time, attendance, sickness, absence, and holiday entitlements, and ensure timely distribution of payslips. Perform payroll audits by reviewing exception reports, identifying discrepancies, and making necessary corrections to payroll data. Generate and deliver payroll output reports and manage data interfaces with both internal and external stakeholders, including HMRC, pension providers, finance teams, and third-party vendors.
