Senior Broker (Charter) - Drive Sales, Close Deals, and Lead High-Profile Charters Worldwide

Looking to take your charter sales career to the next level? Step into a senior, revenue-focused role with ACC Aviation's high-performing UK Charter team, where you'll lead high-value charter operations for global clients — from flying elite sports teams and business leaders to executing urgent, time-critical missions with precision.

You'll build and grow your personal client portfolio, identify and seize new revenue opportunities, and negotiate high-margin deals in a competitive, fast-paced market. What you'll be doing:

* Close charter operations from enquiry to execution — sourcing aircraft, negotiating terms, and managing end-to-end logistics.
* Own your book of business — drive outbound sales, grow your client portfolio, and build long-term, revenue-generating relationships.
* Deliver consistent, world-class customer service across all stages of the charter process.
* Ensure accuracy and quality of documentation, including contracts and client communications.
* Maintain and update the CRM system to support sales, marketing, and operational intelligence.
* Be ready to jump in — including out-of-hours support and a rotating 24/7 duty schedule.
* Mentor and support junior brokers with your insight, commercial expertise, and on-the-ground experience.

What we are looking for:

* Proven experience in charter sales, with solid commercial results and experience closing complex deals.
* A sharp, opportunity-led mindset — you spot revenue potential and act fast in a competitive charter environment.
* Strong negotiation, influencing, and client relationship management skills.
* Excellent time management, able to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment.
* Clear, confident communicator with a professional, client-first approach.
* Tech-literate and confident using CRM and MS Office tools.
* Detail-oriented, collaborative, and flexible — you lead by example
