Who are we?
New MCN is building the next wave of TikTok content channels across beauty, fashion, home, FMCG and more. These are brand-owned channels, but the content feels creator-led.
Our mission is to become the leading super-affiliate in Western markets, creating high-performing TikTok Shop content at scale and working directly with the most viral brands on the platform.
We operate multiple TikTok affiliate accounts, each designed to consistently publish high-converting content that drives affiliate revenue. What works, we scale. What doesn’t, we cut fast.
Over the next 12 months, we’re expanding aggressively across the UK and US, launching and managing multiple affiliate-driven content channels across categories.
About the role
We’re hiring a TikTok Affiliate Account Manager to support and manage our growing portfolio of TikTok affiliate channels.
This role will start part-time, with the intention to move full-time as channel volume, revenue, and responsibility increase.
This is a hybrid role that blends **social media management, content operations, and light creative strategy**. You won’t be the main on-camera creator, but you’ll be the person making sure the right content goes out, every day, for the right products, in the right way.
This is a hands-on operational role focused on maintaining organised systems and ensuring consistent, high-volume content publishing aligned with revenue and growth goals.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage multiple TikTok and Instagram accounts and ensure consistent daily publishing
- Plan and maintain structured content calendars and scheduling workflows
- Organise and maintain affiliate video archives and creative asset libraries
- Track product samples, inventory, and product readiness for filming
- Research trending and high-converting affiliate products
- Write product USPs, hooks, and scripting support for content creation
- Review content for accuracy, quality, and compliance with creative briefs
- Track performance metrics including views, conversions, affiliate revenue, and GMV
- Support A/B testing across content formats, hooks, and posting strategies
- Maintain trackers, inventory logs, and reporting dashboards
Role requirements
- Experience managing social media or TikTok accounts, ideally with affiliate, e-commerce, or TikTok Shop exposure
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workflows at once
- Confident writing clear, compelling product hooks and USPs that translate into conversions
- Strong understanding of TikTok as a platform, beyond trends — pacing, hooks, formats, and behaviour
- Comfortable working with performance metrics and using data to inform decisions
- Able to work quickly, keep things moving, and maintain daily output consistency
- Proactive, reliable, and comfortable owning systems, trackers, and processes
- Interested in the intersection of content, commerce, and performance marketing
- Based in London and available to work in-person when required
