Senior Recruitment Consultant (Software Engineering)

Role Highlights:
* Win and grow client accounts, building repeat business across key verticals
* Source, assess and place top-tier technology talent via proactive search methods
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief to offer negotiation
* Attend and host industry events to build presence and network
* Work cross-functionally with consultants across NearTech and wider 11 Investments brands
You Will Need:
* 2-4 years experience in Software Engineering recruitment experience
* Proven experience signing and delivering into new clients
* Exposure to technology markets (ideally software development/engineering)
* Confidence in negotiation, business development and candidate management
* A positive, team-first mindset and willingness to keep learning
