Job Description:
Johnson & Johnson Orthopaedics MedTech is seeking a Clinical Specialist for our Joints Team covering the London - North London, East & West Herts region.
Johnson & Johnson Orthopaedics, part of Johnson & Johnson, is the largest and most innovative orthopaedic and neurological business worldwide, offering products and services across joint reconstruction, trauma, spine, sports medicine, neurological, craniomaxillofacial, power tools, and biomaterials.
Clinical Specialists maintain existing customer bases and develop sales in strategic accounts across UK territories, supporting territory managers and servicing customer needs.
What you will be doing:
* Complete business reporting and administration timely and accurately.
* Adhere to Johnson & Johnson HCC Standards and Business Conduct standards.
* Provide in-theatre support and training to consultants and nursing staff regarding product use.
* Provide accurate product information and surgical techniques to healthcare professionals.
* Ensure seamless service including stock checks, deliveries, and theatre support.
* Promote products through organized customer education and training.
* Develop business opportunities and support their conversion.
* Support Medical Education Events.
* Achieve business goals aligned with company values.
* Build and develop relationships with clinical stakeholders and Key Opinion Leaders.
* Support surgical cases as required.
What you will bring:
* Experience in orthopaedics, sports medicine, or theatre environment knowledge.
* Relevant health sciences or clinical qualifications (e.g., ODP, RGN, Physiotherapy).
* Knowledge of NHS and recent healthcare changes, with commercial acumen.
* A degree in science, sports science, business, or technology is a plus.
