What you’ll be doing
• Supporting pupils across KS1 or KS2• Working alongside teachers to bring learning to life• Providing 1:1 or small group support where it’s needed most• Helping children with SEND or additional needs feel included, supported, and confident• Building positive relationships that make a real difference

• Experience working with children or young people• A calm, patient, and positive approach• Someone reliable, proactive, and ready to get stuck in• A genuine passion for helping children succeed
