The Role:
* Manage all transactional processes across the brand
* Lead and develop the Accounts Payable and Receivable functions within our Finance team of 12
* Oversee cash flow management
* Prepare GRNI reconciliations
* Collaborate with management accounts on GL close
* Review balance sheet reconciliations
* Submit HMRC Creditors report timely
* Liaise with parent company on supplier credit checks
* Support internal and external audits
* Drive process efficiencies and innovations
* Lead and support your team, fostering a collaborative culture
* Participate in business-wide projects as the transactional Finance lead
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably retail
* Resilient, confident decision-maker, adaptable to change
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Growth mindset, eager to improve and learn
* Inspiring team leadership and collaboration skills
* Interest in broadening understanding of retail Finance
