Our client is seeking a Project Manager to lead strategic projects across the business, ensuring they align with the company's objectives. Based in Crawley, the role is hybrid 3 days in the office, involves planning, executing, and overseeing projects to ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget. The role reports to the VP of Group Project Management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute detailed project plans, managing resources, timelines, budgets, and KPIs.
2. Adhere to project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
3. Use tools like Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project for tracking and reporting.
4. Proactively manage risks and lead change initiatives.
5. Engage stakeholders and drive collaboration across departments.
6. Contribute to process improvement within the PMO.
Requirements:
7. Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
8. 3+ years' experience in project management, ideally in tech, product development, or supply chain.
9. Knowledge of PM frameworks (PMBOK, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma).
10. Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Power BI.
11. Strong stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
