The Role

As an Events Officer, you will lead the operational planning and delivery of events for faculties, departments, partners, and colleagues across the university. This includes organising both standalone events and those that are part of an overall events program, whether in-person, digital, or hybrid. You will develop and manage clear event plans and schedules, ensuring seamless execution. Offering expert advice on event planning and management, you will make informed recommendations for future events. Staying updated on industry developments, you will devise innovative event briefs and plans.

Ideal Candidate

* The ideal candidate will have experience running large-scale events as part of an overall events program and coordinating complex event projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
