Location: Stoke on Trent
Salary: £55,000
As a Multi‑Skilled Engineer, you'll play a critical role in maintaining, improving, and innovating across production lines.
Responsibilities
* Planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical and electrical systems
* Diagnosing faults and implementing sustainable solutions
* Supporting continuous improvement projects
* Working collaboratively across departments to maintain high standards in safety, quality, and performance
Qualifications
* Thrives in a fast‑paced, FMCG production environment
* Brings a proactive, solutions‑led mindset
* Communicates well and works closely with operators, engineers, and leadership
* Takes pride in their work
* A recognised engineering qualification (mechanical/electrical or multi‑skilled)
* Experience in an FMCG or food manufacturing
* Strong fault‑finding ability and a flexible approach to shift work
