Key Responsibilities Sales ledger Produce invoices on a weekly, 4 weekly and monthly basis Cross reference invoices to care system ensure all rates are accurate Assist the Credit Controller and Branch managers in resolving any discrepancies Purchase Ledger Posting purchase invoices and Credit notes Processing credit card Purchases Posting Petty cash Additional Finance Duties Assisting the Finance Manager with the weekly payroll in the absence of the Payroll Assistant General Finance support as required by the business About you You must be organized, methodical and detail oriented Ability to work independently and thrive in a team Eagerness to learn and grow professionally Skills & Experience GCSE Maths and English at Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent) Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook Previous experience of using Xero is advantageous although not essential Excellent communication skills Benefits Professional development opportunities Supportive and collaborative work culture Access to the Blue Light Card Competitive benefits package including pension All offers are subject to references and DBS checks.
