Operate forward-tipping and/or swivel dumpers safely and efficiently on a rail civils project Transport materials such as muck, aggregates, and spoil around site as directed Work closely with the Ganger and 360 Excavator Operator to maintain smooth workflow Follow site plans, daily briefings, and instructions from site supervision Carry out daily plant checks and report defects immediately Ensure dumper operations comply with site rules, RAMS, and health & safety procedures Maintain safe distances from excavations, edges, services, and other operatives Assist with general groundwork duties when dumper operations are not required Maintain good housekeeping standards in working areas and haul routes Be aware of ground conditions and adjust driving accordingly to prevent incidents Communicate clearly with banksmen, plant operators, and site management Stop work and report hazards or unsafe conditions immediately Comply with all rail project safety requirements and site controls Support the gang in achieving programme and productivity targets Act professionally at all times on a live infrastructure site
