? Location: On-site with our fantastic client in Sutton Coldfield
? Salary: Starting from £30,000 + commission
? Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
About the Role:
We’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join a leading player in the Events & Exhibitions industry. You’ll be the go-to expert for upselling products and services to exhibition clients—maximising commercial opportunities while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
This is a brilliant opportunity to join a dynamic team, work with a variety of clients, and contribute to exciting events!
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Understand the full range of products and services on offer
* Maximise revenue through proactive cross-selling and up-selling
* Manage your own sales portfolio with confidence and ownership
? Business Development
* Identify and convert new revenue opportunities
* Work closely with leadership on targeted campaigns
? Account Management
* Build strong, lasting relationships with exhibition clients
* Maintain accurate CRM and sales records
? Client Service & Support
* Provide excellent customer service and liaise with clients on event/venue requirements
* Ensure all clients’ needs are met to a high standard
? Compliance & Collaboration
* Follow all internal processes and contribute to wider team goals
* Align with the NEC Venue and Group Sales strategy
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience: 2+ years in a sales or customer service role
* Advantageous: Background in a contact centre or telephony-based sales environment
* Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Personality: Proactive, target-driven, and a natural problem-solver
* Team Spirit: Collaborative mindset and willingness to support the wider team
