The Role
We are hiring an Amazon Account Strategist to lead client relationships and own growth across Amazon marketplaces. You will work in a dedicated "pod" with an account executive and an ads manager to deliver performance, guide decision-making, and ensure every brand we work with stands out on the world's biggest online retailer.
This is a client-facing, commercially minded role for someone with proven experience in e-commerce strategy and a deep understanding of what it takes to grow premium beauty, wellness and supplements brands on Amazon.

* Fluency in English is essential. Native-level proficiency or equivalent is required for effective communication with clients, internal teams, and strategic execution.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Strategy and Growth
* Develop and implement tailored strategies for each client, aligned with their goals and brand positioning.
* Identify commercial opportunities through data, market trends, and category insights.
* Optimize visibility, conversion, and loyalty across various channels and touchpoints.
Client Relationship Leadership
* Serve as the trusted strategic point of contact for your accounts, building strong relationships with brand leadership and internal stakeholders.
* Present actionable insights, performance metrics, and recommendations with clarity and confidence.
* Communicate proactively and regularly with clients to ensure trust, alignment, and long-term success.
Performance and Execution
* Oversee account operations, collaborating with ads and content teams to drive results.
* Continuously monitor and improve key metrics such as ACoS, ROAS, CVR, Buy Box, and profitability.
* Ensure seamless integration of advertising, content, operations, and promotions to support an overarching account strategy.
You're a Great Fit If You Have
* 3+ years of experience
in Amazon strategy and account growth.
- A background in
beauty, wellness, or luxury e-commerce
(agency, brand, or freelance).
- Strong
analytical and strategic thinking
abilities.
- Proven
client-facing experience
with a confident communication style.
- Proficiency in tools like
Helium 10, Jungle Scout, inventory dashboards
