Position Overview

Eligibility Criteria
* Education: * 5-year LL.B.: 3rd, 4th, or 5th-year students.
o 3-year LL.B.: 2nd or 3rd-year students.
* Technical Skills: Mandatory proficiency in legal databases like SCC Online and Manupatra.
* Attributes: High degree of confidentiality, professional discipline, and excellent legal writing skills.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
* Bench Memoranda: Assisting in preparing detailed memos outlining legal questions and precedents.
* Deep-Dive Research: Exhaustive research on complex constitutional and civil issues.
* Case Summarization: Summarizing lengthy case files and Special Leave Petitions (SLPs) for judicial reference.
* Court Observation: Witnessing Supreme Court proceedings to see how research translates into oral advocacy.
