As a Director of Regional Operations covering the South in a field-based role, you’ll be responsible for: Deliver commercial results by leading regional operations to achieve sales, margin, and profitability targets. As a member of the Infrastructure leadership team contribute to the development and delivery of the divisional strategy. Shape and execute strategic plans with the Regional Sales Director, focusing on business growth and customer satisfaction. Lead and develop high-performing teams, creating a culture of excellence, accountability, and service as well as exceeding branch-level sales targets. Build trusted supplier partnerships to position Fusion and Burdens as preferred distribution partners. Champion operational excellence and compliance, ensuring efficient resource use and adherence to company standards and legislation. Lead the recruitment and development of key roles within the region to create a talent pipeline to support regional succession plans. Commercially astute, with a track record of managing complex challenges and delivering sustainable results. Strategic and financial expertise, with proven ability to drive profitability through planning, insight-driven execution, and a clear sales-focused approach. Exceptional people leader, skilled at motivating and developing teams to consistently perform at a high level and exceed sales targets.
