As a SDR (Sales Development Representative), you’ll be a key contributor to our growth engine responsible for identifying and engaging new prospects, responding to inbound leads, and connecting qualified opportunities to our Sales Executives.
You’ll also represent Cloud Direct at industry events and help build relationships with organisations looking to modernise their IT. This role is ideal for someone with strong sales instincts, a passion for technology, and a drive to succeed.
What You’ll Do:
* Generate pipeline through outbound outreach (calls, emails, social selling).
* Qualify inbound leads and route them to the appropriate sales channel.
* Collaborate with marketing and sales to align messaging and outreach strategies.
* Attend industry events and represent Cloud Direct with professionalism and enthusiasm.
* Maintain accurate records in CRM and contribute to reporting on lead generation performance.
* Share feedback from prospects to improve messaging and campaigns.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven success in a sales or SDR role, ideally within a tech or MSP environment.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Comfortable with outbound calling and prospecting.
* Interest in cloud technologies and digital transformation.
* Highly organised, goal-oriented, and proactive.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
