A Vacancy at University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust. The Emergency Department at Queens Hospital Burton is looking to expand its team of Health care support workers. We are a busy department, covering a diverse population. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated staff to join us. You will be supported by our education team and senior nurses in delivering care to patients. We are a dual A&E caring for both adults and children. You must be flexible, covering a 24 hour service 7 days a week. Successful candidate will work within our ED, under the supervision of our registered nursing team.

Responsibilities
* Participating in patient care
* Supporting patients with hygiene and toileting needs
* Providing diet and fluids to our patients
* Escort patients
* Recording patients vital signs on EPR system
* Assisting clinical staff with chaperoning
