SISS Station Systems Technician - Level 4

Reporting to the Duty Manager, the successful candidate will perform planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on CCTV, CIS, PA, and SISS (Station Information and Security Systems). The role involves working permanent nights from Sunday to Thursday, 10pm to 6am, based at Pirin Court Depot near Canning Town.
Responsibilities:
* Assist qualified technicians with fault rectification on CCTV, PAVA, PHP, and CIS screens
* Attend scheduled, remedial, and corrective maintenance tasks
* Maintain SISS assets and report/stay on top of station communication faults
* Use field IT equipment for real-time maintenance data
* Coordinate with Telent Service Centre for task updates and fault resolution
Candidate Profile:
This entry-level role suits hands-on individuals who enjoy multitasking and learning. Experience in a similar role or understanding of Network Rail health & safety procedures is advantageous.
Key Requirements:
* CCTV, IP networking, or electrical background
* Proficiency with O365 and IT awareness
* Problem-solving and fault-finding skills
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Availability to work nights at Pirin Court Service Centre, Sunday to Thursday, 10pm-6am
