We have a great opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our wonderful team as a Dental Receptionist
The Role:
As a Dental Receptionist your daily tasks will include;
* Providing excellent care for all patients ensuring they have a great experience when visiting the dental practice.
* Answering phone calls, making appointments and checking in patients for appointments
* Confirming patients' contact details on arrival, receiving money and providing receipts.
* Dealing with requests for emergency appointments
* End-of-day arrangements for money taken
* Updating patient records and recording notes.
* Preparing instruments and materials for various treatments.
* Assisting the Practice Manager in administrative duties.
You will be supported day to day by the Practice Manager and the Dental Nurses who will provide you with advice and guidance to develop the skills and knowledge of a receptionist.
The ideal candidate:
Experience is not necessary; however, we are looking for a team player who is ambitious, hard-working, committed, adaptable and flexible individual who is willing to learn. You should be reliable and computer literate. You will have a positive approach to work as well as a calm, confident and reassuring manner with the ability to communicate and relate well with people.

Experience:
* Medical Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
