Your Role in a Nutshell
As a Senior Event Producer, you’ll be front and centre – juggling budgets, briefs, suppliers, and smashing on-site event delivery. You’ll be one of the key people turning ideas into unforgettable experiences that wow the agency’s clients.
Key Objectives
Embody and live company values in everything you do
Deliver excellent client servicing with great stakeholder feedback
Manage budgets confidently to hit 40%+ margins
Procure suppliers accurately and on time
Ensure all documentation (event bibles, H&S, working docs) is accurate and up-to-date
Share key info clearly with the wider team
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
* Manage budgets, timelines and client-facing documents
* Deliver events safely and smoothly, with full H&S delivery on-site
Production
* Support supplier management for builds and AV, ensuring budget alignment
Client Relationships
* Build supportive, trust-based relationships that make clients come back for more
Pitches
* Be part of pitch kick-offs – researching and crafting bold ideas that stand out
Creative
* Support the creative team with clear briefs
* Make sure everything is signed off, proofed and ready to impress
On-site Support
* Be right there on-site, supporting through build, live delivery and de-rig
* Make sure the client feels totally looked after
Communication
* Keep documentation tight, timely and shared – including reports, timelines & crew details
Event Operations
* Handle logistics like a pro: travel, accommodation, haulage – it’s all on you
Task Lists
* Keep the team in sync by updating project tasks for daily stand-ups
Sustainability
* Lead with purpose – choose greener options, reuse materials, reduce waste
