Fractional SDR Consultant (CyberDeploy, CyberMoves)


Remote, UK | Fractional contract | £150–£200/day + commission


Typical setup: 2 days per week per client, with the option to run multiple clients in parallel

CyberDeploy (part of CyberMoves) is building a team of fractional SDR consultants to help high-growth cyber and B2B tech businesses generate meetings and early-stage pipeline through proper outbound.


This is for people who like the craft of outbound, but don’t want a perm seat, internal politics, or being tied to one product for the next two years.

Most engagements run as two days per week per customer. Many consultants choose to stack two clients, others keep it lighter, the point is you’re in control.


What you’ll do

* Run outbound appointment setting across LinkedIn, email, and phone where appropriate
* Research accounts and stakeholders against an agreed ICP
* Create and iterate messaging that sounds human, not templated
* Qualify first conversations and book meetings with the right people
* Keep CRM notes, handovers, and weekly reporting sharp
* Improve conversion over time through testing, not guesswork


What we need from you

* Minimum 12 months’ experience in a B2B SDR / appointment setting / lead generation role
* A proven track record booking meetings through outbound, not just qualifying inbound
* Experience in tech sectors such as Cybersecurity, AI, FinTech, SaaS, Data (or adjacent)
* Comfortable speaking to senior stakeholders and operating with pace
* Self-sufficient, organised, and consistent, you can manage your own workload and outcomes
* Familiar with the usual tooling (Sales Nav, CRM, sequencing, enrichment/data)


Nice to have

* Cyber GTM exposure (vendor or services)
* Experience juggling multiple outbound motions at once
* Prior fractional/contract delivery background
